CONSULTANCY.
We can act for a customer on a consultancy basis, working to an agreed cost finding Customers sourcing solutions.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION AND SOURCING.
The customer providing technical specifications on product along with their requirements and Source in Asia Limited will do the rest, providing turnkey sourcing project management, obtaining full quotations and the sourcing and manufacture of your product.
VENDOR SOURCING.
Each Vendor is selected to a strict criteria, the criteria being listed below:
* Choose vendor to suit customer product, normally there would be 3 vendors able to give a similar service.
* Audit Vendor to Automotive Standard VDA 6.3.
* The vendor must be accredited to ISO9001:2000 or TS16949, dependant on the type of work required.
* Copies of Quality Accreditations will be available to the Customer.
* All Vendors must have component design capabilities.
* The Vendor must have an existing TQM programme in place.
* Tool manufacturing facilities must be in place for products requiring tool manufacture.
* All Vendors must have English speaking personnel in Sales, Manufacturing and Quality.
For Vendor Sourcing only, a sourcing fee would be required.

* Quality Management to TS16949.
