Source in Asia Limited also audit our suppliers for social compliance, ensuring that minimum wages are adhered to and that the labour force conforms to the minimum working age and that the workers receive the statutory requirements placed on an employer to SA8000.
Bring able to obtain low priced products in China is only a small part of the overall solution. The solution can turn into a nightmare should the product be of a poor quality. There are many bad stories of this. Source in Asia Limited provide a Professional and exacting Quality Control for all our customers, ensuring that the customer minimises receiving reject parts. All products require different issues of quality control. Some are purely cosmetic, and others may have to conform to Regulatory and Safety standards, and may have to adhere to durability and functional testing.
Whatever the product, the same Quality requirements are used. This allows Source in Asia Limited to build a consistent supply base, ensuring that whoever the customer is, they will all have the same quality procedure.
Following the initial assessment and supplier audit, and the placing of an order by the customer, the customer can expect the following documentation:
* Process Flow Chart.
* Control Plan.
* Process FMEA. (where applicable)
* Inspection Warrant. (where applicable)
* First off Inspection Report.
* Manufacturing drawing.
* Material Certification.
* Test Certificates. (where applicable)
* Statistical Process Control Charts. (where applicable)
* Finishing process Certification. (i.e. Plating)
* In process control documentation (IPQC).
* Pre-shipment Inspection.
